The program comes with nine preset resolutions in the drop-down menu, but users can add custom sizes as well. To resize an image, simply select the desired resolution from the drop-down menu, drag and drop the image onto the program's interface, and the program will automatically resize the image and save it in the original folder, a subfolder, or a different folder of the user's choosing. The program's interface is plain, just a small square with a couple of buttons and a dropdown menu. This basic program lets users resize images as quickly and easily as anything we've seen. After all, who wants to launch a big photo-editing program for tasks that can be completed with a lightweight utility? That's where Fast Image Resizer comes in. Although we often resize images in a photo-editing program as soon as we take them off the camera, it's not uncommon for us to need a resizing tool that can be used the rest of the time. We resize images all the time-to e-mail to friends, post on blogs, share on Facebook, and much more.
